J&J \ RETURN TO WORK
As immunization against Covid-19 started to take force in Brazil, the Intern Communications team of J&J Consumer Health invited the employees back to the office, for a new beginning, with the office showing how much it missed having people around - quite literally, by embracing the newcomers to the physical workspace with a gentle, contemplative smile and a warm hug; closing around them with elevators doors, hugging their reflections on the mirror wall and the whole building becoming a hug itself from the outside in.
The Return To Work campaign went beyond the office walls, with the J&J Smile having a digital presence in the newsletter, Yammer posts, and special materials regarding safety guidelines. The employees also received gifts to feel close to the J&J building, even when working from home or on their way to the office. 💙
